All our prices are incl. VAT and in Euros.

FREIGHT

We always send the posters in proper packaging. The postcards are shipped in a package so that they do not bend. The goods are shipped by DAO to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Great Britain, Finland, France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Slovenia and Slovakia.

PAYMENT

We receive payment with Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, JCB, Maestro, VISA Electron, Mobile Pay and PayPal.

The amount will only be deducted when your goods are shipped.

If you pay with PayPal, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal’s website.

CANCELLATION

You have 30 days to cancel with us, which means that the cancellation deadline expires 30 days after the day you received your item. There is also a cancellation right on gift cards.

If you regret your purchase, please do the following:

Notify you that you want to return your odor and we will send you a return label. You can do this by writing to hello@simonholst.com (return label paid by customer and deducted in the refund).

Return the item within 14 days of the date you notified your cancellation.

WARRANTY

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact hello@simonholst.com or call +45 42 16 28 29.

As a consumer, you have 2 years of warranty. That is, if the item is missing or different than described at the time of purchase, you have the opportunity to complain to us. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will bear the reasonable shipping costs. Contact hello@simonholst.com for a return label. The item must be returned in proper packaging.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you shop at www.SimonHolst.com, you must provide information so that we can place your order. You will be asked to provide:

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for the transfer of all information. For security reasons, we do not store your payment information in our database for security reasons.

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

Execution of your order. That is, we can withdraw money for your purchase, send you an order confirmation and an email when the item is shipped, as well as send the item out to you.

Customer service / complaints. If you are advertising or requesting a shipment, we will need your contact information in order to register your inquiry and complete the repair or resubmit.

Marketing. We use your data to send newsletters to you by mail, but only if you have consented to it.

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

Affiliates: In order to deliver your order, we provide the name, address and telephone number to our couriers.

Other companies: We also use third parties to store and process data in order to process your order and comply with the law. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for your own purposes.

You always have the right to be informed what information we have registered about you and to oppose a registration. If your information is incomplete, irrelevant or incorrect, you have the right to have it changed or deleted. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. However, under the Bookkeeping Act, we are required to store your purchase data for five years.
