If you have ordered from our webshop as a European customer, your package will be shipped with DAO within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your package. If there is no name for your mailbox, DAO will not deliver your package. If you are not at home when the mail arrives, the package will be delivered to the local parcel shop. Unfortunately, it may happen that we have sent a wrong poster or that it is getting injured along the way. We are also just humans. If you have experienced it, please contact us at hello@simonholst.com

Yes you can. Write to us at hello@simonholst.com, and we will find out a solution. Please state your order number, as well as whether you want the money back or exchange for another item.

Often it is because the entered email address is wrong or because the order confirmation is smoked in your spam filter. If you contact us at hello@simonholst.com, we will ensure that you receive it.

The money for the purchase is only withdrawn on your credit card when the order is packed and ready for shipment. For security reasons, it is not possible to withdraw a larger amount from your card than what you have approved.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to make posters according to individual wishes. On the other hand, we receive requests and suggestions for possible posters. So if you have a suggestion or wish, you should be more than welcome to contact us either on our facebook page or at hello@simonholst.com
